  Customer service is extremely important to me. I walked through the door wearing sweat pants and a t-shirt. I'm sure I didn't "look" like I was prepared to spend a bunch of money. I went through the store for about 10-15 minutes without being spoken to or acknowledged. I took my items back to try on in the fitting room. Still, no acknowledgment. (The only customer in the store had just purchased her items and left by the way)--so it was in no way busy. There was a woman with dark hair from New York (I knew this because she loudly talked about that along with her hernia with the customer and her coworker who was an older lady with grey hair). The coworker was unavailable to help me because she walked past me with cigarette in hand ready for her well-deserved smoke break. When I came out of the dressing room, it wasn't until I was at the register looking as if to purchase all of the items I tried on that the dark haired woman asked me how everything worked out. I told her I didn't realize she was talking to me since I had not been acknowledged at all the entire time I was in the store. She apologized and I simply told her that I would rather take my business elsewhere. If you are willing to spend a bunch of money on a new wardrobe, do not go here. They clearly don't want the business.
